DATA ENCODER

  1. Encode reports, correspondences, messages and memoranda;
  2. Receive and record official documents and check completeness of attachments and enclosures;
  3. Prepare administrative reports and submit routine correspondences and documents to respective offices;
  4. Maintain office files and records;
  5. Facilitate request for reproduction of copies of correspondences, reports and other documents, and certify the same upon request;
  6. Assist in the preparation of multimedia presentations during meetings and conferences;
  7. Perform other related functions.
