Data Encoder-Controller

• Encode and assist in the PowerPoint presentation of the Financial Reports of different divisions under Finance Sector;
• Assist the different divisions under the Finance Sector in the intranet sharing of important files/reports from Local Area Network (LAN);
• Encode and assist in the presentation of reports during meetings and conferences and reproduce hardcopies/softcopies of documents;
• Encode/type correspondence, reports, vouchers and other official papers under the Admin and Finance Sector;
• Assist during repair and troubleshooting of CPUs with minor defects under the Office of the DA for Admin and Finance;
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
