Data Encoder

• Encode and assist in the preparation of financial reports;
• Assist the Accounting Division Manager in the intranet sharing of files/reports thru Local Area Network (LAN);
• Encode and assist in the presentation of reports during meetings and conferences and reproduce hardcopies/softcopies of documents;
• Encode/type correspondence, reports, vouchers and other official papers under the Finance Sector;
• Assist during repair and troubleshooting of CPUs with minor defects under the Accounting Division;
• Perform other related functions
