Recommend policies and guidelines for the preparation of budgetary requirements as well as forms, schedules and reports necessary to carry out the budgetary procedures;
Review budgetary reports such as financial status of NIA before submission to proper authorities;
Review reports and related financial statements required by management and other agencies;
Make representation with the DBM, DA, Bureau of Treasury, DOF, NEDA and other Offices relative to financial matters affecting the Agency;
Conduct periodic check up of status of funds and assess expenditures and compares same against projection;
