Corporate Finance Services Chief

• Supervise the preparation of all applications for withdrawal of loan availments from the different lending institutions;
• Supervise the preparation of loan reallocation, if necessary;
• Supervise the preparation of financial reports relative  to loan utilization of each project for submission to different government agencies;
• Prepare/review communications to lending institution on matters concerning loan withdrawals;
• Supervise/review preparation of other special reports required by other government agencies and lending institutions;
• Supervise/review preparation of Project Completion Report;
• Coordinate with COA and other responsibility centers to facilitate early completion of audit of APFR and attend to audit observation query;
• Prepare correspondences; and
• Perform other related functions.
