Give instruction, guidance, and advice on billing and collection systems and procedures of irrigation service fee, pump amortization, communal irrigation system amortization, equipment rental, and other income of the agency;
Recommend, formulate improved policies, procedures, and guidelines for proper and effective implementation of all income generating activities of the agency;
Prepare appropriate memorandum circulars to implement approved proposals and recommendation of this office;
Coordinate and confer with officials of other government offices on matters regarding income generating schemes and other methodologies;
Review income generating proposals and financial workplan;
