Supervise the preparation of plans on capability development of field staff on the formation and development of irrigators associations;
Coordinate with the regional staff in identifying and analyzing the training needs of field staff;
Supervise the preparation of training designs and materials for field staffs’ capability development program;
In coordination with the regional offices, supervise training programs for capability development of field staff;
In coordination with other sections of the division, supervise preparation, regular review and revision, if necessary, of operation manuals for organizing and development of field staff;
Review performance evaluation of field staff and recommend measures to improve performance;
