Review institutional development plans on the formation, development, and functional sustenance of irrigators’ organizations;
Supervise the evaluation of organizational and developmental activities of the irrigators’ organization prior to organization/reorganization/strengthening and provide necessary recommendations;
Review regional plans and programs on institutional development and prepare plans and programs and monitor institutional development activities relative to the formation, development, and sustenance of the functionality and maintenance of irrigators’ organization;
Check monitoring feedback on institutional development activities and guidelines on irrigators associations; and
