Administrative Service Aide (COS Status)

  1. Encode/input all incoming/outgoing documents of Recruitment, Standards and Compensation Section, Human Resources Division to National Irrigation Administration document tracking system;
  2. Sort/Photocopy all materials needed for Human Resources Merit Promotion and Selection Board Meeting (HRMPSB);
  3. Closely monitor all outgoing documents of RSCS and make the necessary follow-up, if needed;
  4. File all communications of RSCS for ready reference;
  5. Provide clerical assistance to RCSC personnel such as answering phone calls and assisting applicants; and
  6. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
