- Documentary Requirements
- All interested qualified applicants shall submit the following to the Office of the Manager, Human Resources Division, NIA, EDSA, Quezon City
- Letter of Application for submission not later than the 15th working day from date of publication;
- Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet; which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
- Performance Rating in the last rating period;
- Photocopies of certificates of trainings/seminars attended;
- Designation Memorandum (if any);
- Photocopy of Certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
- Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Note: Applicants must submit one (1) set of documents for every position being applied for.

Candidate/s found by the HRMPSB to have met the Minimum Qualification Requirement (Item I) and have successfully hurdled the Assessment Process (Item III) will be certified by the HRMPSB as qualified for appointment/promotion to the subject vacancy.
